Tammy's Tuna & Black Bean Patty

Ingredients
1 can of tuna1 can of black beans 1 egg1/2 cup quick oats1 cup (or a couple of hand fulls) fresh spinach
Directions
To make patties drain tuna place in bowl.
rinse and drain black beans , put in blender with blend until paiste
whisk egg ,
mix all together in a bowl add season to taste
make into patties
pan fry with olive oil.
