Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bran Mini-Muffins

1 1/3 cups wheat bran1 cup milk1 14 oz can plain pumpkin2 eggs1 Tablespoon vegetable oil1 teaspoon vanilla3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup quick oats1/2 cup brown sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon baking powder1 Tablespoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1. Mix the bran and milk in a small bowl and set aside for a few minutes.
2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
3. Add the pumpkin, eggs, oil and vanilla to the bran mixture.
4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix well.
5. Use Pam to spray mini-muffin pans. Spoon batter into pans. Fill pans about 2/3 full.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 18 minutes.
