lemon ginger broccoli

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli floretsjuice of 1 lemon2 T roasted red bell pepper, chopped2 t garlic, minced1 T tamari or soy sauce1 t toasted sesame oil2 t fresh ginger, minced
Directions
Roast the red pepper on the stove top until skin is black and blistered. Transfer to bowl and cover with plastic wrap or lid for 10 minutes. When cooled, use fingers to remove the charred skin. Chop.
While pepper is roasting, blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes, then run under cold water to stop cooking process. Put the broccoli, and peppers in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice, garlic, tamari, sesame oil, and ginger.
