1 9" frozen pie crust2 egg whites3 egg1 cup skim milk 1 t minced onion (dried)1/4 salt1/4 t pepper1/4 t nutmeg4 oz Swiss cheese1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
Preheat oven to 350.
Pierce the bottom of the pie crust.
Mix together eggs, milk, cream, minced onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in cheese and bacon.
Pour the mixture into pie crust. Place in oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until it is firm and starting to brown.
Serving Size: makes 6 pieces (servings)
