Turkey or Buffalo Chili

Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey or buffalo1/2 c. diced red onion2 tbsp. parsley or cilantro1 tbsp. chili powder1/4 tsp crushed red pepper15 oz can white beans15 oz can kidney beans15 oz can black beans32 oz can pinto beans15 oz can lentils or adzuki beans4 c. chopped zucchini4 c. (32 oz) organic bell-pepper tomato soup or plain tomato soup or canned chopped tomatoes1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Brown turkey or buffalo in a skillet and drain. Turn slow cooker to high setting. Add the meat, onion, parsley or cilantro, chili posder, garlic and red pepper to the crockpot. Stir. Open and partially drain all five cans of beans. Add these, the zucchini, and the soup or tomatoes. Stir well. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Add salt before serving. Adjust seasonings as it is cooking as needed.
