Steam Chicken

Ingredients
3 pieces of chicken breast 6 Fresh Shitake Mushrooms5 Fresh Water Chestnuts3 Dash of fresh ground pepper2 Tbsp of soy sauce
Directions
Makes 3 servings:
If you have a food processor, blend up all ingredients together. If not, just chop and mash the chicken, mushroom, and chestnut together. Then add the soy sauce and pepper. Put in glass bowl 8 or 9 inch and steam for 10 mins.
