Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

24 oz beef (sliced for stir-fry)2 cup fresh or frozen broccoli1 cup baby carrots1 cup picante sauce1 pkg dyr stir-fry mix (ex. sunbird mongolian beef stir-fry mix)1.5 cup (uncooked) brown rice
Cook rice. In a large skillet, brown beef. When beef is cooked, add all other ingredients (except rice), simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice.
