1 Salmon pouch1 c diced onions2 T olive oil1 c Beets (canned)1 c Carrots fresh or canned1 Egg1 cube of chicken broth
Steam carrots if using fresh in cube of chicken broth. Warm up if canned in the chicken broth.
Mix salmon, onion, egg and crackers and form 2 patties.
Heat 1 T olive oil and add salmon patties browning on one side add rest of oil after flipping the patty.
