Salmon Roll-Ups

Ingredients
14.5 oz. Can Salmon (Drain And Remove Bone)1 Large Egg8 Single Saltine Crackers (Crushed Fine)2 Tlbs. Chopped OnionsButter (Optional) Butter Has Not Been Added To Calorie Count. If You Choose To Add Butter, Please Add To Total Calorie Count.
Directions
(FILLING) In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients except cresent rolls.
Mix well with hands until well blended.
Unroll cresent rolls and butter each roll if desired.
Put a generous amount of filling on each roll an roll-up.
Bake at 350 until rolls are a golden brown.
About 15 - 18 min.
