Combine eggs, milk, spices. Cook broccoli and drain excess liquid. Layer meat, vegetables, and cheese. Pour egg mixture over ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until top is browned and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
