Spinach & Feta Pizza with Coconut Flour Crust

Ingredients
Crust:4 eggs1/4 cup greek yogurt1/4 cup coconut flour2 oz shredded cheddar1/2 tsp Italian seasoningsalt and garlic powder to tasteToppings:1/4 cup Newman's Own marinara sauce1/4 cup fresh baby spinach1 oz feta1/4-1/3 cup mozzarella cheese (I used 1/3)
Directions
Mix together eggs and greek yogurt until blended well.
Add Italian seasoning and coconut flour and mix until their are no more lumps.
Stir in cheese, and spread onto greased parchment paper, spreading it as thin as possible.
Lightly sprinkle some garlic powder and salt on top.
Bake in a preheated 400 F degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
Take out and put toppings on.
Bake an additional 8-10 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices / I eat 2-3 slices for a meal.
