Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Soak 2 cups of bran flakes in 1 cup of skim milk for 10 minutes. Combine oats, flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. of baking soda, and blueberries. Add applesauce, egg, and bran flake mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
