Arrowhead Organic Buckwheat Flour, 0.5 cup Chia dry seeds, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Egg white, fresh, 2 largeAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, o.5 cupBaking soda, 1/2 tsp,Baking powder, 1/2 tsp,Cinnamon, 2 tsp,Vanilla extract, 1 tsp,Salt, at the tip of knifeOil Coating Spray or pig fat

    Followed the recipe and guessed on how much batter to drop to make the cakes - I used a 1/4 cup measure and got 7 1/2 cakes, so drop a scant 1/4 C for each cake and you should get 8 cakes total.
    The flavor is ok - nothing exciting. - 3/26/17
