Light cucumber salad (1 cup per serving)

6 small 'pickle' cucumbers (~4 cups, sliced)1/4 c. red onion, thinly sliced1 Tbsp. sour cream1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp dried dill weed1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
slice cucumbers and onions; add other ingredients and toss together.

Chill and let it marinate a while.
