shrimp and scallop soup

Ingredients
Low sodium chicken brothCarrots, gratedOnions, choppedWaterchestnuts, slicedCabbage, gratedTofu Shirataki flat noodles, rinsed wellred wine Or lemon juicegarlic (I mashed mine to a paste)Cherry tomatoes, halvedhot pepper sauce (Frank's)ScallopsShrimpsalt to tastecilantro (garnish)cilantro (garnish)
Directions
Makes 3 - 2 1/2 cup bowls.

Cook every thing in a 3 qt pot except fish, wine, pepper sauce and tomatoes for 15 min. or until noodles are almost done. Add add fish and wine and pepper sauce and cook until fish is done. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
