Paleo Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 Large Eggs, hardboiled1 to 1 1/4 Medium Avocado, ripeSalt and Pepper, to taste.
Directions
In a medium bowl, chop the hardboiled eggs and scoop the avocado into the mixture. Add salt and pepper to your own preference. Using a fork or other utensil, mix the avocado and egg until finely blended. Enjoy as a hearty snack or lunch!
