Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1 large banana3/4 cup oats3/4 cup egg whites1/2 cup cultured almond (or if not dairy-sensitive, use Greek yogurt for even more protein)2 scoops protein powder1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda6 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped ( - OR 1/3 cup unsweetened chocolate chips) - optional
Directions
Toss all ingredients except for chocolate into the blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and spoon into a greased or lined muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm with peanut butter or fruit! The perfect breakfast to go!
