veggie cream cheese spread

Ingredients
8oz cream cheesemedium red pepper1.5 cup zucchini1.5 cup yellow squash2 jalapeno peppers2 green onions20 leaves of spinach.5 oz of dried tomatoes2 tablespoons olive oilsaltpepper
Directions
Chop zuchini squash and peppers.

Drizzle with olive oil and cook at 350 for one hour, flipping half way through.

Let veggies cool

Puree the everything together until mostly smooth, but a little chunky.
