Ingredients
1/2 cup Spinach, 2 chunks of Pineapple, 1 small (gala) Apple, 1 Orange, 1/4 cup Soy Milk, 1 cup Ice.
Directions
Throw it all in & blend! I do ice on top.

Serving Size: Makes 2-2 1/2 good sized smoothies to get you going in the morning!
