Health Freak Pizza (vegetarian, whole wheat, low fat)

Ingredients
1 12-inch whole wheat pizza crust such as the kind by Boboli3/4 cup low-calorie tomato sauce such as Aiello's1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese15 slices Yves Meatless Pepperoni (or Tofurky pepperoni, or turkey pepperoni if you're not vegetarian)1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded spinach (I like mine steamed)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Spread pizza sauce over crust, sprinkle with (pre-mixed) cheese. Layer on "pepperoni" and spinach. Bake to 8-10 minutes and enjoy your healthy junk food feast!
