Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken1 cup spinach, chopped1/3 cup feta crumbles10 kalamata olives, chopped1 tsp oreganoJuice of 1/2 a lemonSalt and pepper to taste/if needed
Directions
Add chopped ingredients to ground chicken and mix together. Portion into 5 patties.

Grill until internal temp is 160 degrees

    Very good. I like the addition of spinach which helps extend the meat to 5 patties. I also added fresh basil, garlic and parsley. I don't like olives so left those out. - 8/4/20
