Heirloom Bruschetta

1/2 French Baguette (or 1 Foot)1-2 Red, Ripe Tomatoes (Large)1 Heirloom Tomato (Multi-colored, Large)1 Tsp Garlic, minced1 Tsp Basil Pesto (or a heavy amount of Italian seasonings)1 Tsp BasilSalt and Pepper to taste
1. Chop tomatoes in small cubes, put into a bowl. Do not drain juice.
2. Add garlic and pesto/seasonings, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Season to taste, if necessary.
3. Cut bread length-wise to create two servings.
4. In the oven, grill pan, or grill - heat the bread until crisp. Be careful not to burn.
5. Add the tomato mixture to the bread. Serve.
