Teriyaki Cod Fish

Ingredients
Cod (fish), 8 oz *Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ginger in quart baggie. Put fish in baggie and let marinate 2 hours (or how long you want). Heat olive oil in small frying pan, fry fish 4 minutes per side.
