Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
650g Mushrooms sliced4 tbsp Olive oil6 Cloves Garlic1.5 tbsp Lemon juice2 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Crush four cloves of garlic. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat. Fry garlic in hot oil for 10 secs. Add mushrooms and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring frequently. Meanwhile, thinly slice remaining 2 cloves of garlic and chop parsley. Once mushrooms are cooked add the sliced garlic and parsley and fry for another minute stirring it through.
