6 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons Mediterranean/Greek seasoning blend
Directions
Preheat broiler. Rub salmon evenly with oil and
salt blend. Place salmon on a rack in a broiler
pan lined with foil. Broil 8 minutes or until fish
flakes with a fork.
