Grilled Pork Tenderloin Salad with Berries and Nectarines

Ingredients
3/4 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed2 cups mixed baby greens 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced2 cups sliced fresh strawberries1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice2 teaspoons honey2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint2 tablespoons olive oil1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grill pork,
covered with a grill lid, 10 to 12 minutes, or
until, turning occasionally. Combine mixed
greens, nectarines, strawberries and almonds
in a serving bowl. Whisk together lemon juice,
honey, mint, oil, salt and pepper. Slice pork and
add to salad mixture; pour dressing over top
and toss to combine.
