Udi's Vanilla Gluten Free Granola, ground into flour Cinnamonbaking sodalemon peelvanillasaltshredded carrotsshredded sweetened coconutappleraisinschocolate chipseggsgrapeseed oilgreek yogurt
Mix all ingredients except the eggs, oil and yogurt. Mix well with hands to get it thoroughly mixed. In separate bowl beat eggs, oil and yogurt. Add to other ingredients and mix well. Scoop with large cookie scoop to fill muffin tin lined with muffin papers.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes
