Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 15 ounce can beans, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers, or to taste 1 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons finely minced onion 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill and serve with oven corn chips or raw vegetables.
