Ingredients
2 eggs.5 cup corn meal gluten free.5 cup flour gluten freeone onion finely chopped4 cans boneless skinless salmon1 cup oil to fry in
Directions
mix all ingredients except oil
heat oil in a skillet
press a spoonful of mix into a patty and cook in oil until brown
repeat until all of the mix is cooked
