Jay's Dad's Crab Cake Recipe (Maryland)

Ingredients
Directions
1 pound (or more) of fresh crab meat (jumbo lump is best)1/2 c mayo2t Worcestershire sauce2t Lemon Juice2t Old Bay Seasoning1t Yellow Mustard1 eggpanko bread crumbs, half cup
combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and crab
add crab meat
add bread crumbs
shape into balls
place on cookie sheet
add a "dollop" of butter to top of each
sprinkle a little old bay seasoning on the top of each
add a little water to the cookie sheet (helps to keep crab cakes moist)
Bake in over @ 425 for 15-20 minutes
Note: could probably use 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of crab meat.
Serving Size: if using 1 pd, makes 4 four-ounce cakes
