Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 can tuna1 cup whole wheat rotini pasta3/8 cup sweet potato3/8 cup fat free cottage cheese3/4 cup frozen peas2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions
Boil pasta. Microwave bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water until dissolved. Add bouillon to pan with sweet potato and cottage cheese. Mash with potato masher. Add tuna, frozen peas, and cooked pasta. Season to taste. Cook over low for a few minutes.
