Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
8 Cups of mashed strawberries1.5 Cups Sugar3/8 Cup Lemon Juice2 Envelopes of Low/No Sugar Needed Pectin (.4oz per envelope)
Directions
Heat mashed strawberries in dutch oven with pectin and lemon juice. Once boiling, add sugar. Boil hard one minute (a boil that cannot be stirred down). Remove from heat, place in heated jars and process jars.
