Creamed Chicken (for patty shells, biscuits, etc.)

Ingredients
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 small can mushroom pieces/stems (drained)1 package (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables1/2 c skim milkdash of salt1/2 tsp ground pepper1/2 tsp herbs de provence1 Tbsp dried minced onion
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until bubbly.

Serve over pastry shells, biscuits, whatever sounds good to you. :)
