Black bean, Tomato, Avocado Salad

Ingredients
3 Avocados (cubed)1 can of black beans1/2 Cup chopped Red Onions1 Yellow (or other colour) Pepper, Chopped1 Package Grape Tomatoes, sliced in halfDressing:2 tbsp Olive oil3 limes, juice and rind2 tsp garlic, minced1 tbsp Salt, yes...or it will be bland1 tsp Pepper
Directions
Cube avocado in a large bowl, add the juice of one lime to keep from browning. Open can of beans, drain and rinse until no more black juice comes out. Add to bowl with Avocado. Dice (small) red onion and add to bowl. Cut up peppers (not too small) and add to bowl. Slice tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Mix all ingredients for the dressing (what's left of limes) and pour over salad. Mix gently to not cream avocado too much. Refrigerate.
