Ru's One Pot pasta

Ingredients
*Barilla Farfalle Multi-Grain Pasta one boxOnions, raw, 1 large chopped*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 15oz can*Organic Chicken Stock, 4 cup Water, tap, 1 cup Garlic, 4 cloves choppedBasil, 15 leaves chopped*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
Directions
put pasta and oil in pot, toss to coat
add all other ingredients, cover and bring to a boil
uncover and turn to low, stir every 2 minutes until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Top with grated cheese if you want
