Mushroomy Salsbury steak

Ingredients
steaks1.34 pounds ground beef( I use the organic extra lean pre packs from Costco)1/2packet lipton onion or beefy onion soup mix scant 1/2 cup bread crumbs1.25 tsp dry mustard1 tbsp catsup2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oilMushroom gravy'3 cups mushrooms 2 cups beef brothremaining soup mix2tbsp flour
Directions
mix together all of steak ingredients except oil and divide into 6 equally shaped oval patties. Preheat a skillet on medium-to medium high heat. Cook patties until done turning as needed.

Remove steaks when done to plate. Remove any oil from pan leaving about 2-3 tbsp of drippings. Stir in flour and cook for a few minutes. I add about 1/2 the broth and stir until the flour is incorporated. Add the mushrooms and more liquid as needed.
