Slow-Cooker Southwest Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb frozen corn1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained16 oz jar salsa36 oz chicken breasts cut into 6 equal pcs1 C fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Combine corn, black beans, and 1/2 C salsa in slow cooker.
2. Top with chicken. Pour remaining salsa over chicken.
3. Cover. Cook on high 3-4 hrs or low 7-8 hrs.
4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings (1 pc of chicken w/ 3/4 C mix)
