Tofu Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
Crust:Raw Almonds, 1 cup, wholeDates, 1 cup, pittedSea salt, 0.5 tspFilling:Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, 12 oz boxGuittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips (or other very good bittersweet chocolate, 8 ozAgave Nectar, 1-2 tbsp (to taste)Cocoa powder, unsweetened,1 tspNon-dairy milk, 2 TVanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Crust:
- Place almonds in food processor and process until fine. You can have them as coarse or fine as you like
- Add dates and salt and process until it holds together when you form a small ball
- Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Be sure to come about 1/2" up the side and press edges well to seal

Filling:
- Melt chocolate and let partially cool
-Wash out processor bowl/blade and return to processor
- Add tofu to bowl and process until very smooth
- Add cocoa, 1 T. agave, vanilla and chocolate and process with tofu until smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl if necessary. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking with remaining agave
- Smooth filling over crust
- Cover and chill in refrigerator. Mixture will firm upon cooling
