One-K Breakfast Trail Mix Bar

Ingredients
1 C Arrowhead Mills Maple Buckwheat Flakes (43 grams)4 T dried chopped dates (80 g)2 T almond butter (32 g)1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt3 T Manitoba hemp hearts (30 g)2 T black sesame seeds (20 g)3 T honey (30 g)
Directions
Crush cereal. Add remaining ingredients. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Mash and stir all ingredients together. Place in plastic sandwich bag and seal. Now form into bar shape by compressing and tapping edges on a flat surface. Place in fridge or freezer to set.
