Steve's Cauliflower Au Gratin- Italian Style

Ingredients
I Head Cauliflower (4 cups)3 TBSP Olive Oil1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning3 cloves GarlicSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Separate cauliflower and cut into bite size pieces. Put olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a plastic bag and mix. Put cauliflower in bag with ingredients and rub and massage to thoroughly coat cauliflower. Place in a oven proof pan and bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring half way through. Remove from oven and stir in parmesan and return to oven on broil until browned and the cheese is melted (3 to 5 minutes).
