Ingredients
Directions
11 whole graham crackers, any flavor (you can use however many you want really, but that's how many I made my first go 'round)1 whole large banana, peeled2 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)(any kind of nut butter you like)
Mash up banana in a bowl to a consistancy you like. I am not a huge banana fan (texture-wise), so I did mine as creamy as possible so that I wouldn't bite into chunks. Add peanut butter, mash all together. Break the graham crackers into even squares(making 22 squares if using 11 whole crackers). Spoon a dollop of the mixture onto half of your squares and top the dollop with the other half of the cracker. I put mine on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours. Once frozen hard, you can wrap them individually or put them all in one large freezer bag.
