Lemon Sorbet Protein Shake

Ingredients
8 oz water1 stick sugar free lemonade drink mix (I used Crystal Light)1 scoop Nectar Roadside Lemonade protein powder6 - 8 ice cubes
Directions
For a thicker shake, blend the water, drink mix and protein in a blender for about two minutes. Add ice and blend until all ice is crushed.

For a thinner shake, combine all ingredients in the blender until the ice is crushed. Allow liquid to settle before transferring to a glass.
