1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil4 Fresh Broccoli Spears (about 5" long).5 Head of Fresh Cauliflower2 Large Raw Carrots8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms1 - 8 oz. Can Sliced Water Chestnuts1 - block Extra Firm Tofu, pre-baked to taste.25 cu Chopped Onions.5 Fresh Red Sweet Pepper.25 cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce1 Tbsp. Thai Sweet Red Chili Sauce3 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
Cut vegetables to appropriate stir fry sizes. Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat in large skillet, saute pan or wok. Add vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet chili sauce. Stir occasionally until vegetables absorb some of the sauces and reach desired tenderness. That's it!
