Recovery Banana/Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup light soy milk, plain1 banana (cut into bite sized chunks)1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder1 tbsp. ground flax seed5 ice cubes
Directions
Put soy milk and banana into blender, blend few several seconds on liquefy. Add powders, blend. Add ice cubes and blend for several seconds, starting with highest speed to lowest speed, for several seconds. Enjoy!
