Easy Eggplant Pizza Bake

Ingredients
3 fresh eggplants (unpeeled)2 cans Del Monte Spaghetti sauce2 2 cup bags shredded Mozzarella cheese1 bag Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
Directions
Wash the eggplant
Slice the eggplant about 1/4"
In the bottom of a standard cake pan dump 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce.
Place the sliced eggplant in the bottom of the pan in a layer
Put 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of the eggplant slices.
Top with 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce.
Add another layer of sliced eggplant
Follow with 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce then the rest of the shredded cheese.
Top with the turkey pepperoni
Place in oven at 425degrees for about 30 mins
Allow to stand for 10 mins before cutting and serving
