Halibut with Lemon. Shallots and Herbs

Ingredients
.25 cup Becel light margarine.5 tbsp. Shallots, chopped 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh, 2 tbsp. Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove).5 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 clove of Garlic, minced24 oz. Halibut fillets
Directions
In a small bowl combine margarine, dill, shallots and parsley, mustard lemon juice and garlic. Store and cover until ready to use.

Broil fish 4 - 6 minutes per side until it flakes in the centre with a fork.

Spread 1 tbsp. herb mixture, over each fillet and serve.

Serving Size: makes 4, 6 ounce fillets
