Lasagna

Ingredients
1 box of Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna15 oz. Ricotta Cheese16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (divided) 2-3 Portabella Mushrooms Caps (sliced)1 1/2 jars Frescorti Marinara Pasta Sauce
Directions
Mix 1 jar of sauce with half of the mozzarella cheese and the ricotta cheese. This is now the "paste". Make layers of noodle followed by paste followed by mushrooms, followed by more mozzarella, finally more sauce. Keep going until you run out of noodles. (About 3 full layers.) There should be some paste and mozzarella left for the top. Cover and cook for 30 minutes covered followed by 15 minutes uncovered.
