I make baked donuts almost weekly adding all types of different ingredients such as blueberries, apple cider, fresh frozen peaches and cinnamon. Give them a try, they're quite wonderful. - 9/30/13

You could use canola oil (124 calories/tbsp.) instead of coconut oil (117 calories/tbsp.), a few more calories but would work if you are allergic to coconut oil. - 10/23/13

I couldn't resist this recipe it really looked tasty and good replacement for donuts. Baked them in my "Donut Hole Maker" instead. I certainly didn't get 12 but only 9, which increased the calories by 60 per hole. They were okay as treats, but do not taste like dounuts at all. - 9/30/13

These are so good. It's almost pointless them being so low kcal and healthy, because I ate all of mine in one sitting the first time I made them. - 12/6/13

Super-easy to make, and tasty. Not quite a doughnut. I baked mine in an an ungreased, non-stick doughnut pan for 12 minutes and they popped out easily. I substituted erithritol for the honey, and dusted the finished do-dos with cinnamon. - 10/19/13

These were easy and tasty. Not exactly a doughnut taste, more similar to cornbread or muffin, but a yummy substitute. I actually find donuts too sweet and liked these better. My son and husband liked them, too. Will experiment with adding blueberries, raisins or cranberries another time. - 3/9/14

CASEYSAUER, I bet you can find Almond Flour in your local store, no matter how remote you are. Almond flour is a very common flour and should be found in most any store, try asking. And if you can't actually find it, you can order online. Or make your your own (blanched almonds & a food processor). - 10/1/13

I did not have honey on hand so added 1 tbs molasses and 4 pkts of stevia. They were delicious. I used cinnamon and stevia to coat them in. - 10/6/13

I adore Cassey Ho. I'm 43 but started with some of her YouTube workout videos several months ago. She is so darn cheery and fun and you never know what she is going to say. She really keeps me motivated. - 9/30/13

Equally fill 12 size regular muffin pan as I did and the texture was good like a muffin.
I Prefer the taste better using coconut oil but out this time and used grapeseed oil.
Mixed 2tbs,soft butter with about 3 tbs. powdered sugar and spread a little on top while warn looked like glazed donut - 8/24/16

More like a muffin, but another way to use up the almond flour you bought, & it's sitting around because family doesn't want it. Not a bad muffin, but oat bran is ok, too. - 9/2/15
