Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients
20 oz Beef Lean Stew Meat1 cup Fresh Sweet Corn1 cup Diced Potato1 cup Chopped Carrots1 cup Diced Celery1 cup Chopped Onions1 pkg McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
Directions
Trim and cut meat into 1-inch cubes. Chop and dice all the vegetables. Place the beef first and pile vegetables on top of the beef in slow cooker.

Mix Seasoning Mix and water until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables. Make sure beef and vegetables are coat well.

Cover and cook 8 hours on low. Stir before serving.
