Sunflower seedsground flaxalmond flourcoconut flourchia seedspsyllium husk powdersaltmaple syrupwater
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let sit for 3 hours
Prep a loaf pan with PAM
Preheat oven to 350
Bake for 30 min
Remove from pan, flip and bake on the oven rack for another 30-45 min.
